Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is received. Planning support for Event Management begins 12 week before the wedding, while Full Planning and Wedding Weekend clients begin working together immediately.

When do we officially start working together?

Yes. Many couples begin with one service and add planning hours or additional support as their needs evolve.


Can we add services later if we need more support?

Event management is for couples who have planned most of their wedding and want professional support in the final stretch. Full planning includes guidance from the beginning — budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and coordination.

What’s the difference between event management and full planning?

Absolutely. I’m based in Maine and serve couples throughout Maine and Massachusetts. Travel beyond this area may be available upon request.

Do you travel for weddings?

Planning timelines vary by service - full planning and wedding weekends typically begin 9-18 months out. Event management inquiries are welcome at any time, with coordination starting 12 weeks before the wedding.

How far in advance should we reach out?

The Main Event package is designed for more intimate celebrations, but my services are not limited by guest count alone. Event management and wedding weekend planning are available for celebrations in varying sizes.
