Thoughtful planning for weddings that feel like home

A calm, intentional approach to wedding planning

Winnie Lane & Co. was created for couples who want their wedding to feel personal, unhurried, and deeply connected — not performative or overwhelming. We believe the most memorable celebrations aren’t about doing more, but about being present with the people who matter most.

Hi, I’m Cassie

I’m Cassie, the planner behind Winnie Lane & Co. I believe wedding planning should feel supportive, thoughtful, and—yes—actually enjoyable. Not rushed. Not overwhelming. And definitely not something you have to carry alone. I work with couples who care deeply about meaning over mayhem and want a steady, capable presence guiding them through the process.

My approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and a calm, organized plan. I care about the details—timing, flow, logistics—because they shape the experience. But I care even more about how you feel while planning. My role is to advocate for you, simplify decisions, and protect your energy so the entire process (and the day itself) feels like a reflection of who you are—not a production you’re managing.

Let's Work Together

How I found my way here

Planning has always been part of who I am. Before timelines and vendor spreadsheets, it was family trips, and any situation that needed a clear plan. Somewhere along the way—thanks to Say Yes to the Dress, Four Weddings, and a deep fascination with venues across the country—I fell in love with weddings themselves. The details, the settings, the way every celebration told a completely different story.

As I got older, that curiosity turned into something deeper. I fell in love with love—and how no two couples, or wedding days are ever the same. The stories behind them, the choices they make, the moments that matter most—that uniqueness is what makes weddings endlessly meaningful to me.

Before launching Winnie Lane & Co., I spent several years as a travel agent, planning customized trips for families. I loved the research, logistics, timelines, and coordination—but what truly lit me up was serving people during moments they’d remember forever. That experience shaped how I plan today: thoughtfully, thoroughly, and always with the people at the center.

Coming back to weddings felt natural. It allowed me to blend my planning brain with my heart for service—and to show up fully invested in every celebration. Helping couples navigate one of the most meaningful days of their lives isn’t something I take lightly. It’s the reason I care so deeply about the details—and about how the entire experience feels along the way.
